How to book

By booking you will:  

  • Be able to attend both days of the live conference (Thursday 10 and Friday 11 June 2021)
  • Have access to the ASM 2021 virtual platform
  • Be able to view recordings of the live content for 6 months post conference
  • Have access to industry exhibition, e-posters, discussion forums, networking opportunities and much more
  • Have priority access to the platform 1 month before for the chance to create your profile and explore the platform in advance
If you are a non-member, to obtain the members' reduced rate you must first
join the OAA and wait for confirmation of your membership before registering on-line.

OAA Retired Members receive a 50% discount by calling 0207 631 8882.

OAA Foreign Associate Members receive reduced rate of £100 by calling 0207 631 8882. New OAA Foreign Associate Members are able to receive a further 15% off on top of these reduced rates, if they take up membership at the time of booking. Invoices are not issued for registration fees. You will be able to download an electronic receipt from your login on the website, immediately following completion of your credit card payment.

ASM Virtual Platform

You will receive a confirmation email once you make your booking. When the ASM 2021 platform launches you will receive a link to create your account and access the conference.

Cancellation policy

In the event you are unable to attend the live days and do not want to access the recordings of the sessions post event (you will have access for 6 months) we will be able to cancel your access to the conference and offer a refund minus a £20 administration charge up until 20 May 2021. The virtual conference is RCOA and EACCME accredited. 
By being EACCME accredited you will be able to obtain European CME credits (ECMEC) which are recognised not only in a majority of European countries (with which the EACCME has signed agreements), but also in the USA and Canada. By handing in your EACCME certificate to your National Accreditation Authority, your credits will automatically be recognised and converted into national credits.
