Travel arrangements and hotel bookings should not be made before receipt of a confirmed place.
Non-members: to obtain the members' reduced rate you must first submit an OAA membership application form and wait for confirmation of your membership before registering on-line.
The registration fee includes refreshments and lunch.
Invoices are not issued for registration fees. No hard copy receipts will be issued as you will be able to download your receipt from the "My Course Bookings" section of the website.
Provided written notice of cancellation is received by the OAA Secretariat at least 10 days before the meeting, fees will be refunded in full less a £20 administration charge.
