Refresher Day on Obstetric Anaesthesia & Analgesia
(Wednesday 13 October 2010) 

The registration fee includes refreshments, lunch and an abstract book.   

Invoices are not issued for registration fees.    

Registration may be made online for immediate confirmation of a place and receipt by email.    Receipts:  No hard copy receipts will be issued as you will receive a computer generated receipt immediately following completion of your credit card payment.

Cancellation

Provided written notice of cancellation is received by the OAA Secretariat at least 10 days before the meeting, fees will be refunded in full less a £15 administration charge.
