Registration Fee  

Non-members: to obtain the members' reduced rate you must first submit an OAA membership application form and wait for confirmation of your membership before registering on-line.   

OAA/RCOG Member:    £475

Non Member:                £525

The registration fee includes all refreshments, stand-up fork lunches, the drinks reception on Monday evening and an abstract book.   

A webcast (audio and video recordings) of lectures will be available to delegates 3 - 4 weeks after the meeting for on-line 'listen/view again'.   A password will be issued to all delegates by email once the webcast is ready for viewing.

A small number of bursaries covering the registration fee, travel and four nights accommodation are available to doctors from outside the UK who otherwise could not afford to attend the course.  See further details under the 'Grants' menu.

Invoices are not issued for registration fees.     Registration may be made online for immediate confirmation of a place and receipt by email.      

Receipts:  No hard copy receipts will be issued.   An email serving as your receipt will be sent immediately following completion of your credit card payment.    Please save and print this for safe keeping.

Cancellation 

Provided written notice of cancellation is received by the OAA Secretariat at least 10 days before the course, the registration fee will be refunded less a £15 administration charge.
