How to join

Full membership is open to medical practitioners whether practising in the UK or overseas and Associate Membership to non-medically qualified persons at the discretion of the Committee.

The annual subscription for 2010 is:

• £110 for Consultants, Staff and Associate Specialists (SAS) or overseas equivalent
• £90 for Trainees or overseas equivalent
• £70 for Associate Members (not medically qualified)

The membership year runs from 1st January irrespective of the date of joining and those joining later in the year will receive all back issues of the International Journal of Obstetric Anesthesia (IJOA) for that year.    Past issues of Pencil-point may be viewed on the OAA website.

To join the OAA:

Those with a UK bank account are strongly encouraged to pay by Direct Debit.
This form must be signed and returned by post with the membership application form or it will not be accepted by the bank.
