• Taxis have been asked to be available available at the back (riverside exit) of the main Galleria at the end of the meeting

• Buses to take guests to the annual dinner will be leaving at 18:45, collection will be in front of the 'Big Wheel'. Please make sure you arrive 10 minutes before the departure of the buses at 18:45.
• Registration will start at 08:00 on Friday 25 May 2012. Please make sure you sign-in in the morning.

• Don't forget the lunch time trainee forum, held in Hall 4 on level 3. Those with purple badges and stickers are invited to attend. Lunch will be served in the room. Others are welcomed to attend but will need to have lunch in the exhibition Hall beforehand.
• Visit the poster display in Hall 2, try out the new e-poster points and let us know what you think!
• We would like to thank all our exhibitors, please make sure you visit their stands at some point during the meeting.
